We live 80 miles away in Mount pleasant and were referred to Hansen collision by a relative and our three year old car looks better than it did when we dropped it off. "Very professional staff. I received calls to let me know when the parts were in and if we were waiting for parts. This was after I had been to their shop and they had looked at the damage to my car. It was nice to be kept in the loop and not have to call to find out this information. I also liked that they waited for the parts to come in before they had me bring my car to be fixed. They then scheduled me and gave me a time frame when it would be fixed and they ran ahead of schedule."
